It is required that all clients renting the premises for a wedding have a PROFESSIONAL, non-family member/friend, wedding coordinator on site during the event, regardless of the wedding size. You may hire a coordinator/planner on your own, but they will need to provide proof of insurance no later than 30-days prior to the wedding date.

30-Day Event Manager
Song Rock’s 30-Day Event Management package includes the following:
Intake Meeting to go over the vision and all that has been put in place so far
Review of vendor contracts for agreements, policies, and expectations
Formulate a wedding day timeline and assist with the floor plan development
Facilitate Final walk-through meeting
Schedule and confirm all vendor delivery and setup times
Coordinate ceremony rehearsal
Day-of wedding coordination
*Placement of personal items (limited)
Gather any left-over food, cake, gifts and wedding supplies for family to easily load into vehicles
*Full DIY setups may require an extra coordinator assistant

At a minimum the all-inclusive package is $20,000 for up to 120 guests.
